Refund Policy

Straightforward returns, refunds, and cancellations.

We want you and your dog to be happy with your Pawivo Life purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are handled.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where applicable. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior contact. If an item is final sale or otherwise not eligible for return, this will be stated on the product page or at checkout where applicable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Cancellations

We may be able to cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible; once an order is in fulfillment or in transit, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
